I dont think any police officer is born blue, brown or whatever color of their uniforms. A police officer becomes what he is through training and time on the job. I have known many police officers from the County,State and Federal Agencies. Some have been good and others should not have been in any uniform. Supt Weiss has paid his due's working in the federal realm but interacting with local law enforcement agencies. The same was said about O.W. Wilson who lead the Chicago P.D., during a time when there ratings were in the gutter. I have met Jody and worked on several cases with him while he was an FBI agent. I found him to be up front and willing to adapt to circumstances. Some of the officers interviewed can not speak for officers in the chicago Pd, being that they our County Officers. Our these officers Police officers or do they work courtrooms, jail or one of the other areas in the Sheriff's Office. Having a working knowledge of the County Sheriff's Office during the past years they have hired individuals to run departments under the umbrella who were outsiders also. The point which I am making is that he is trying and some areas take time to fix. He’s not born blue? I dont think any police officer is born blue, brown or whatever color of their uniforms.
